This latest addition to the team follows the company’s successful management buy-out earlier this summer and the appointment of Simon Goldsworthy as Non-Executive Director. Mark’s wealth of experience and leadership will play a crucial role in shaping Nu-Staff’s future growth strategy.

With over 25 years in the recruitment industry, Mark has worked across both national businesses and boutique agencies, managing recruitment across several specialist markets. Having also run his own rec2rec business for 12 years, Mark has valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of the recruitment landscape. His extensive experience includes managing recruitment teams based in the UK and Europe as well as developing and implementing successful transformation strategies, which will be pivotal in driving Nu-Staff’s future success.

In his new role, Mark will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s growth and profitability through its sales and marketing activities. His primary focus will be on selling recruitment services, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
