Our Permanent Recruitment Division offers a truly personal and professional approach to both candidates and clients. Our Permanent Recruitment service consists of the sourcing, screening and placement of high calibre experienced staff for all of our organisational sectors.

Meeting Our Clients

Our experienced permanent recruitment consultants will arrange to meet with you in order to take a full Job Description & Person Specification and so that we can develop a greater understanding of your business, it’s objectives, and your organisational culture.

Candidate Recruitment and Selection

Our permanent recruitment consultants then conduct a candidate search using our in-house database and, where appropriate, use a variety of relevant and proven advertising channels. All advertising costs will be absorbed by Nu-Staff.
We will interview, assess and evaluate suitable candidates before providing you with a shortlist of CVs and Candidate Profiles of those who most closely match your job and person specification.

Managing The Process

Our permanent recruitment consultants will take responsibility for all organisational and administrative tasks up until the point that a job offer is made, including: arrange, schedule and confirm all interviews with your preferred candidates; act as go between for salary and any other negotiations; and take responsibility for all candidate communications, including feedback for those that are unsuccessful in their application. We will always ensure that your company is represented in a positive and professional manner.
