Job Description

A major electronics manufacturing company is seeking a manufacturing engineer to join their skilled team in Andover. The successful candidate will coordinate and carry-out engineering activities to ensure the requirements for a product line or product group are met and complied with, in terms of forecasted output, product quality, adherence to specification and on time delivery.

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will receive:

• A salary between 32-40kpa
• Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-15:30

Essential Criteria

• An HNC or HND in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years working in a relevant manufacturing environment.

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will:

• Assist senior engineers with project tasks, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and mentor junior team members.
• Provide training for junior engineers, production teams, and operators.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing quality.
• Assist in quality investigations, audits, and new product/process introductions.
