Job Description

A growing business client in Cardiff is recruiting a Digital Account Manager to join their friendly and thriving team.

Job Role

You will orchestrate digital campaigns, using our extensive skilled team of developers / paid ad specialists / content creators all at your beck and call! You will showcase your digital expertise and talent to meet the vision demanded by our clients. The role will require the successful candidate to work in the office 5 days a week.

What you'll be doing

This is a key role within the performance marketing team. You will work with clients and the project teams internally to evaluate briefs; assess all relevant channels based on the right target audience and deliver results.

You will create digital activation strategies, covering audience targeting, user journeys, expected engagement rates.

And most importantly - you will be data driven measuring, analysing and improving the impact of digital projects.

You'll deliver paid media and search campaigns including creation and optimisation, reporting across social, search and display channels. You will liaise with platform providers to ensure use of best practice approaches and configurations for everything digital.

Experience you'll need to apply

  • Strategy setting / plan formulations for digital social media advertising
  • Implementation and management of campaigns (design skills not required - we have a great team of designers at your beck and call)
  • Campaign reporting ie, Google, social media analytics etc
  • Experience of using multiple paid for platforms... specifically LinkedIn advertising, inMail etc
  • Experience of running pay per click campaigns (Google preferable)
  • Experience of running remarketing campaigns
  • Email marketing experience
  • 360 degree view ie, integration with website both on and offline to ensure successful customer journey
  • Experience of working with B2B digital campaigns
  • Analyse, report and feedback on digital campaigns
  • Manage CMS web & lead generation sites
  • Understanding web analytics and website management
  • Knowledge of software management tools Trello/Sprout/Pipedrive or your preferred tools we will support
  • Proven track record of successful digital projects developed in previous roles.
  • Confidence to build and maintain new relationships.
  • Experience of presentation preparation for different types of audience.
  • Exceptional presentation and pitching skills.
  • Demonstrable business strategies.
  • Experience in construction marketing would be an advantage but is not essential.
